Residents or resident groups may arrange to use indoor or outdoor space at one of our facilities for an event or activity using the form below. All requests should be submitted at least five business days prior to the event. Submitting a request does not guarantee an approval. Reservations submitted on Friday will not be considered until the following week.
Priority will be given to Housing and Residence Life events and those events that are open to the entire Housing and Residence Life community.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 24 hours prior to the event. Changes are subject to approval and based on availability and should not be considered approved until confirmation is given.
