How to Apply for Housing
Incoming first-year students can apply for housing through our online housing application.
Choosing Your Living Option
First-year students have the option to live in all of our on-campus housing options. These options include traditional residence halls (Ball Residence Hall, University Tower and North Hall) as well as apartment-style communities (Townhomes and Riverwalk Apartments). As you complete your housing application, you will be asked to indicate your housing preferences including your preferred housing facility, roomtype, roommate(s) and RBLC (if applicable); these preferences will allow our staff to best understand your housing needs, as availability permits.
Major Based and Themed Based Communities
Residential Based Learning Communities are housed in Ball Residence Hall, University Tower, North Hall and in the Riverwalk Apartments. Each community has something unique to offer its residents, so learn more about how you can be a part of one of these amazing communities today!
