Campus living has never been this good!

Your university experience can be exciting, challenging, and rewarding. One of the best ways to enhance your college career is to live on campus. National statistics show that on-campus residents maintain higher grade point averages and have a higher graduation rate than students who live off campus.

Our residential communities offer a comfortable, safe, welcoming home that will become the foundation of your IUPUI experience. This is where you’ll enjoy a full calendar of social and cultural opportunities, make friendships that will last a lifetime, and have access to academic support and programming to help you successfully make the transition to IUPUI and meet your academic goals.

Gender Inclusive Living

On-campus living offers returning and first time housing residents the option to request an assignment made without regard to biological sex.  Gender Inclusive Living (GIL) units are mixed throughout many of our facilities and each year vary based on student housing facility preferences and the volume of students considered for a GIL housing assignment.

Residential Learning Communities

Residential learning communities are based on an academic program or theme.  These unique communities enable residents to supplement their focus of study by immersion in an environment of like-minded students and programming tailored to their interests.

Housing Tours

To ensure that visitors are provided with the best experience, housing tours are available through each Community Office during its regular hours.  Full campus tours that include housing can be arranged through Campus Visits.

Conference and Guest Housing

Guest Housing is available for anyone directly affiliated with IUPUI or IU Health.  Summer Conference Housing are offered for camps, research programs, and other groups.

No Smoking Policy

In compliance with the IUPUI campus tobacco policy, all housing facilities are smoke free.
