WISE Community

The WISE (Women in Science and Engineering) Wing in North Hall is an embedded community on the STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) floor for first-year female students who are pursuing degrees in the Schools of Engineering & Technology and Science. The WISE Community provides a Women’s STEM success course allowing residents to easily connect with other female students in their major, network with faculty, staff, and alumni, explore career opportunities, identify healthy behaviors, as well as enhance decision making and leadership skills. Residents are also encouraged to enroll in the STEM Summer Bridge program. To apply, visit and select the STEM community as your first choice on the housing application.
