Planning an event with youth or short-term stay accommodations is made easy with IUPUI's Group and Conference Housing.  We offer North Hall our newest residence facility specifically designed for community engagement for your participants, providing the ability to have a block of rooms for connectivity and youth supervision. Conveniently located near IUPUI's meeting spaces and dining, each hall offers unique amenities to accommodate your organization's needs.

IUPUI Groups and Conference facilities are:

  • Equipped with air conditioning, free wifi, 24/7 on-call customer service, socializing spaces 
  • Safe and secure with 24/7 monitoring, staffed with student conference assistants and full-time, master's degree professional staff
  • Secured by card access and are monitored by our live-in staff, live-in officers, and IUPUI police department

North Hall:

  • Traditional modern residence hall that features double occupancy rooms, new furniture, common spaces, micro-lounges, areas to schedule programming, and two classrooms (additional fee for classrooms)
  • Twin XL beds, new contemporary furnishings
  • Each floor has multiple male, female, and gender-neutral pod-style restroom and shower facilities

  • 2-night minimum in North Hall
  • Dates available: June 1 – July 31
  • Groups of 10 or more
  • Internal or External to the University

  • Signed License Agreement initiated by IUPUI, to be completed 30 days prior to stay
  • Certificate of Insurance, for external groups
  • Compliance with Indiana University policy on programs involving children, found here
  • Group Host to provide a room roster at least 5 days prior to arrival

IUPUI housing rates are established on an annual basis. In cases of advanced scheduling, the Office of Housing and Residence Life may quote estimated rates with no implied guarantee that the rates quoted will be the actual rates in place at the time of the conference. The rates are per person/per night based on the dates requested. The Office of Housing and Residence Life is required to collect taxes based on the Indiana University Sales Tax Collection Matrix for attendees staying with us for less than 30 days. The matrix is available by clicking here.
