For planners of programs for adults that require a stay of 10 or more days, our Summer Group Housing is ideal.  Located in our Riverwalk Apartments, your program participants will have a fully furnished 2 or 4 bedroom apartment, with a full kitchen and washer and dryer.

Riverwalk Apartments

IUPUI Summer Group facilities are:

  • Equipped with air conditioning, free wifi, 24/7 on-call customer service, socializing spaces 
  • Safe and secure with 24/ monitoring, staffed with student conference assistants and full-time, master's degree professional staff
  • Secured by card access and are monitored by our live-in staff, live-in officers, and IUPUI police department

Riverwalk Apartments:

  • Private, locking bedroom with full-size bed, chest of drawers, desk, and desk chair
  • Kitchen with refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, full-size washer/dryer
  • Living space with sofa, chair, and dinette with chairs
  • Individually controlled heating and cooling systems

  • 10-night minimum stay
  • Dates available: June 1 – July 31
  • Groups of 10 or more; Groups are on a single housing contract.
  • Internal or External to the University.

IUPUI housing rates are established on an annual basis. In cases of advanced scheduling, the Office of Housing and Residence Life may quote estimated rates with no implied guarantee that the rates quoted will be the actual rates in place at the time of the conference. The rates are per person/per night based on the dates requested. The Office of Housing and Residence Life is required to collect taxes based on the Indiana University Sales Tax Collection Matrix for attendees staying with us for less than 30 days. The matrix is available by clicking here.
