Open only to first-year students,Ball Hall is a traditional style residence hall built in 1928.
But age is only a number!
This building not only keeps its historic charm,
but also benefits from a recent 16 million dollar renovation, modernizing its interior features and amenities.
Now,

Resident rooms consist of single, double, and triple occupancy rooms
and include a twin XL bed and mattress, three drawer, dresser, desk, chair, and a closet or wardrobe for each resident in the room.
The resident rooms at Ball Hall each feature their own historic character.
Rooms have window dormers, built-in cabinets, and a few even have the restored basketball court as their floor.
Resident bathrooms are located throughout each floor and provide gender binary and gender neutral bathroom options
with a few full private bathrooms in the building.
The bathrooms offer a high level of privacy and feature marble
that has been restored and repurposed from the original 1928 construction.
There is a fitness center in the hall you may access at any time.
There are also lounge spaces throughout the building for students to relax,
study, or participate in community events and programs.
Some of the lounges also have kitchenettes making it convenient to use a microwave or wash dishes.
