Important Rate Information
$200 — Housing fee due out of pocket when you submit your contract.
- $50 of that fee is a non-refundable contract fee.
- $150 of that fee will be applied as a credit to your Fall 2024 bill, specifically to
be applied to the housing charges. - If you are unable to pay the fee, please complete this fee waiver request form to have your waiver considered by professional staff.
$100 — Residence Life programming fee; billed per semester to Bursar Account.
Parking — Resident parking permits are available at an additional cost. Pricing and information is available at parking.iupui.edu.
Meal Plan — Ball Hall, University Tower, and North Hall require a meal plan at an additional cost through Food Services. Pricing and information is available at mealplans.iupui.edu.
