Important Rate Information
$400 — Prepayment is due out of pocket when you sign your contract (applies towards housing charges).
$100 — Residence Life programming fee; billed per semester to Bursar Account.
Early Move-In — Students can request to move in early for a program. Additional charges apply.
Parking — Resident parking permits are available at an additional cost. Pricing and information is available at parking.iupui.edu.
Meal Plan — Ball Hall, University Tower, and North Hall require a meal plan at an additional cost through Food Services. Pricing and information is available at mealplans.iupui.edu.
