Based on available spaces for unloading at each building, there is a maximum number of students we can check in and unload at a time. We are unable to add additional spaces to a time slot if it is full. You can select from the available dates and times and then check back frequently to see if any cancellations have made your preferred date and time available.
Once you have checked in at the Campus Center you will be given an unloading pass that will allow time to unload at your building. Staff will be available at the building to assist with specific unloading times but typically, students can plan on an hour for check in and unloading. Once you have finished unloading and moved your vehicles to long-term parking, you can have as much time as you need to finish unpacking and setting up your room.
